What you are buying

A Soulmate Sketch and a written Soulmate Story, created from the answers you give in the brief. Both are delivered by email as digital files. They are yours to keep.

One payment. No subscription.

This is a single purchase. There are no recurring charges, no automatic renewals, no monthly fees and no active subscription of any kind. There is no trial period that converts into a paid plan. You are charged once, for the item you chose, and never again. There is nothing to cancel because nothing renews.

We make this commitment explicitly in line with the US Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA) and, for customers in the European Union, Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

Delivery

Your sketch and story are sent to the email address you gave, normally within one hour of purchase. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder, then contact us and we will resend it.

Nature of the product

Your Soulmate Sketch and Soulmate Story are an artistic interpretation created from the answers you gave. They are made for reflection and enjoyment. They are not a factual prediction about a living person, and they are not advice of any kind.
