Refund Policy

Seven days, no questions

If the face means nothing to you and the story does not land, write to hello@sophievale.com within seven days of your purchase and we will refund you in full.

There is no form to fill in and no questions to answer. We do not keep your money on the grounds that you already opened the file, and we do not ask you to prove anything.

How long it takes

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Stripe normally returns the money to your account within five to ten business days.

Nothing renews

This is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription to cancel and no future charge to stop.
