What we collect

The answers you give in the brief (including your first name, date of birth and preferences about the person you are looking for), your email address, and standard technical data such as your browser type.

Why we collect it

The brief answers exist for one reason: to create your sketch and your story. Your email address is used to deliver them, and to write to you afterwards only if you asked for that.

What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not share your brief with advertisers. We do not pass your email address to third parties for their own marketing.

Payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Your rights

Write to hello@sophievale.com and we will send you a copy of everything we hold about you, or delete it, whichever you prefer. California residents have these rights under the CCPA; EU and UK residents under the GDPR. We answer either way.

Unsubscribing

Every email has a one-tap unsubscribe link. Using it does not affect a sketch you have already bought.
